Lincoln City Council Votes to Pursue Litigation

Supervisor Landon continues to communicate with residents who are upset about the facility and her involvement. The communications continue to reveal inconsistencies when compared to previous records.

2025 — June

Judge Rules on CDSS & TGI Demurrers

A judge issues rulings on the Demurrers filed by CDSS and TGI in response to the City of Lincoln's litigation. The legal process continues as the City pursues access to grant documents.
